Scan it. Sell it.
Counter & online — one catalogue.
ScanToShop360 is the public shop, the admin panel and the POS register for retail. Add a product once. Stock, prices and coupons stay in step — online and at the till — because there is only one list.

The platform
Everything a shop has to get right
Each one is a full module, not a checkbox — and each can be switched from settings.
Point of sale
Barcode scan, instant search, thermal receipts, change shown clearly. Installs as an app. Works with no internet.
ExploreOnline store
Home, categories, product pages and search — running off the catalogue the register already uses. No nightly sync.
ExploreInventory
Counts, adjustments with a reason, low-stock alerts and a valuation of what is sitting on the shelf right now.
ExploreBarcode & QR
Scan at the till, search by barcode online, and QR stickers for shelves with scan-to-order analytics.
ExploreReports & analytics
Today’s takings, orders waiting, low stock and revenue by day and by store — counter and online together.
ExploreMarketing & loyalty
Coupons and loyalty points valid online and at the till, automatic promotions, email, SMS and push.
ExploreHow it works
One product list, everywhere you sell
- 1
Add a product once
Name, price, barcode and stock — in the admin catalogue.
- 2
Sell at the counter
A scan at the till deducts the same stock the website uses, in a database transaction.
- 3
Sell online
The public shop reads the same catalogue. Coupons and loyalty work in both channels.
- 4
See it all
Counter and online sales in one report, by branch, staff or product.
Themes, homepage & CMS
Skins for how you actually sell
Classic palettes for general retail, plus industry skins — cosmetics, jewellery, household — switched from settings. Homepage sections reorder without touching a file.
Indigo into violet into pink. Clean cards, gradient CTAs. The system default — and the look of this site.
Homepage builder
Hero, featured products, categories, offers, testimonials, your story — on, off, or moved. Words and images edited in the panel.
QR that actually sells
Print a sticker, see how many scans became orders. Designs remember colour, module, logo coverage and camera contrast.
Till-only in one switch
ONLY_POS=1. Home becomes staff login → register. No public shop. Flip it back when you are ready to sell online.
Industries
Dressed for how you sell
Grocery, convenience, pharmacy, fashion, electronics, hardware, pets, trade supply and more — 33 kinds of shop, each with a page dressed in a storefront skin that suits it. See all 33 industries →
Point of sale · Online storefront
Counter and online, together or apart
A scan at the till deducts the same stock the website uses, in a database transaction. Or flip one switch and run till-only.
Every till sale updates the website’s stock — and every online order updates the till.
Reports · Staff
Revenue by day and by store
Today’s takings, orders waiting, low stock and the last seven days — at a glance. Every till sale searchable, receipt one click away.
- Best sellers and which parts of the shop earn their shelf space.
- Staff scoped to a branch see that branch only.
- Audit log: who changed that price, from which device.
- Offline mode — sales queue locally and sync when the line comes back.
Behind the counter
The parts most systems sell you separately
Cash drawers, drivers, expenses, profit and loss, messaging and the integrations you already pay for. Same login, same catalogue, same reports.
Cash drawer & shifts
Open with a float, close with a count. X and Z reports with over/short variance.
Delivery drivers
Driver phone page, live map for the customer, photo proof at the door.
Profit & loss
Sales, cost of goods and expenses — against last period.
Ask AI about your numbers
Plain-language questions, answered from your own data. Read-only.
Expenses that fill themselves
Photograph the receipt. AI reads it; approvals and budgets do the rest.
Plays well with what you have
Clover, Square, Stripe, PayPal, Google, Meta, Twilio, Postmark, Gemini, Claude.
Automatic promotions
Buy X get Y, first-order discount, basket thresholds, free delivery.
Repeat orders & recipe kits
Weekly baskets that place themselves — skip, pause or edit.
Email, SMS & push
SMTP or Postmark, Resend, Brevo, Mailgun. Twilio texts with STOP handling.
A Saturday, end to end
What a day actually looks like on it
No screen here belongs to a different product. Every step below is the same system.
The drawer opens
The cashier opens the register. Yesterday’s sales are already on the dashboard, POS and online together.
Point of saleA scan at the till
Atta 10 lb hits the ticket. Stock drops in the same transaction the website reads. A coupon from the site still works.
PaymentsAn online order lands
Picking list groups it by aisle. The crate is walked once. Status moves to a stage you named, not “processing”.
PickingCurbside ping
The customer taps “I’m here”. The order jumps the queue with their vehicle description.
FulfilmentThe line drops
Two more sales are taken on the cached catalogue. They sit in the queue. Nothing is typed into a notebook.
OfflineThe line is back
Queued sales sync. Stock, the dashboard and the website catch up without anyone touching them.
SyncA return is approved
Stock goes back. The money follows. Both are in the audit log against the person who approved it.
ReturnsClose
Takings by method, low-stock list for Monday, every till receipt still reprintable. Sessions still live can be signed out from the phone.
ReportsPricing

Questions
The ones owners actually ask
Yes. That is the point. Add a product once, photograph it once, set the price once. The public shop and the register both read it. Stock is deducted inside a database transaction, whichever channel sold it.
The register keeps working. It is an installable app: the catalogue is cached, sales queue locally, and they sync the moment the line comes back. Card payments that need a gateway still need the line, as they do on any terminal.
Yes. One .env flag — ONLY_POS=1 — turns the whole thing into a staff login that opens on the register. Switch it back when you are ready to sell online. Nothing is rebuilt.
Never. Checkout works as a guest. An account exists so a returning customer can see history and saved addresses — it is not a gate in front of a sale. Tracking works with an order number and an email.
Not on our servers. Cards are tokenised by Stripe or PayPal. We keep the token, the last four digits and the brand. Webhooks are signature-verified and idempotent, so a replayed callback cannot double-charge.
Yes. Several locations share one catalogue; every sale is tagged to the store that made it. Reports filter per store or roll up. A role assigned at a location is all that person sees — orders, receipts, pick lists.
